As an official Ambassador of the GI2MR welcoming committee, I must say that the flux of new members is staggering, and with great variety too! We have teens just getting started, people interested in weight loss, those overcoming illnesses, and just a wide range of all ages of people who are just fed up with the status quo and want more from life!
- They want to Shine!

I can’t think of a better time than Valentine’s Day to acknowledge all of our efforts to remain healthy, fit, full of energy, and loving ourselves. No matter what stage you’re at or how long you have been “raw,” I congratulate you on a job well done! So whether you have that special someone in your life or not, I encourage you to be your own Valentine this year.

I promised a juice feasting video to my fellow feasters from GI2MR, so despite my carnal cacao concoction above, I had to deliver. I received so many emails and comments in regards to emotions from the last post that I thought I would use that subject again and make a follow-up video for all of those that are juice feasting, or experiencing emotional detox with raw foods in general.

- Day 10 – 249.4 lbs (10 lbs lost)
- Day 17 – 244.4 lbs (5 lbs lost)
- Day 24 – 238.6 lbs (5.8 lbs lost)
