If you’ve ever experienced severe anxiety or panic attacks, you’ll know they can cripple you. Physically, emotionally and mentally.
Because of the intensity of panic attacks and severe anxiety, you may start to be afraid of leaving the house or doing anything beyond a very limited comfort zone you define out of fear.
You may even shut down entirely or go into a deep depression.
Anxiety can also cripple your relationships, your ability to look after your children and pets, your work and so much more.
I know because I’ve been there. I used to suffer from crippling panic attacks and anxiety. Thankfully, I learned how to overcome it.
Today I want to share with you what worked for me with the hope that it will give you some ideas you can play with in your own healing process. Most of all, I hope this video helps you to realize that you’re not alone and that it’s possible to overcome anxiety.
