This delicious recipe come to you from my lovely friend Rande. As soon as I saw her post a photo on instagram I knew I wanted to try it and share it with you! I love finding new tasty ways to use some of my very favorite tonic herbs. Rande shares two great options for thisrecipe – one made with a nut or seed milk, or one made with dates. Both are so delicious!
Warm and Roasty Herb Tonic
3 cups hot water
2 tbsp Teeccino
1 tsp Reishi Extract Powder
1 tsp Chaga Extract Powder
1 tsp Astragalus Extract Powder
1 tbsp carob powder
1 tbsp cacao powder (optional)
10 soft medjool dates, pitted (for a low sugar version, omit the dates and replace water with nut, seed, or coconut milk)
- Blend all ingredients together until well combined and frothy.
- Serve in a tall glass or mug and sip away!
